Refund / Cancellation Policy: All payments/deposits are nonrefundable. Due to the proprietary nature of our some of our techniques, occasional discounts offered, and other pricing, delivery trends, the scheduling and booking costs, and our own administrative costs, we are not able to provide refunds for any reason. This applies both to deposits and any other payments for all procedures, consultation fees, operations, and all other purchases (lap band fills, vitamins, etc.). Moreover, please note that refunds are not issued for missed appointments, withdrawals, unused product, or canceled or deferred procedures/operations.

If you need to postpone or cancel your surgery after your preoperative visit but only within 7-10 days before your scheduled surgery date, your surgical fee will not be refunded or credited at any time. However, if you cancel the surgery at least 30 (thirty) business days in advance, you are entitled to a credit and to reschedule the procedure, without incurring additional costs, for up to 6 months from the date of the originally payment or deposit. If no surgery is scheduled within the 6 month period, patient will forfeit any monies or fees of any kind that were paid in advance.

Security: BCCI places the utmost importance on protecting information transmitted via this web site and will take security precautions to protect all such information. However, BCCI cannot guarantee that any electronic communication is totally secure. BCCI will take measures to secure and protect all customer-specific information from loss, misuse, and alteration.
